Soil type : clayey shalky, south exposure, height 300 m.

Blending : Carignan (30 %), Syrah (35%), Grenache (35%).

Vinification : blending of carbonic steeping soaking and traditional vinification. Maturated for 12 months in tank.

Taste : bright garnet-red colour, berries and currants and spice aromas. Balanced and soft in the mouth.

Culinary suggestions : suitable with red meat, cheese and assorted delicatessen.

Consummation advice : pinnacle 2016.
Recommended drinking temperature: 16-18°C.
