Blending : Muscat Petit Grain.
Vinification : advanced ripeness grape harvest, natural
fermentation stop at 15%, 65 gr of residual sugar, fermentation
and matured in large barrels on 50% of the vintage.
Taste : gold yellow colour, crystallised pears
and honey fresh nose. Full, ropy and enduring mouth.
: suitable with
panful foie gras and blue cheese.
Consummation advice : pinnacle 2015-2020.
Recommended drinking temperature: 12°C.
