Soil type : clayey shalky, south exposure, height 300 m.

Blending : Carignan (80%), Grenache (20%).

Vinification : blending of carbonic steeping soaking and traditional vinification. Maturated in large barrels for 15 months.

Taste : bright garnet-red colour, berries and currants and crystallised cherry aromas. Elegant wine, pulped and melted in the mouth.

Culinary suggestions : suitable with red meat, game and cheeses.

Consummation advice : pinnacle 2017-2020.
Recommended drinking temperature: 16-18°C.
