Soil type : clayey shalky, south exposure, height 300 m.

Blending : Syrah (75%), Grenache (25%).

Vinification : blending of carbonic steeping soaking and traditional vinification. Maturated in large barrels for 12 months.

Taste : bright garnet-red colour, nose of toasts and spices (pepper and nutmeg), firm tannins in the mouth.

Culinary suggestions : suitable with red meat and game.

Consummation advice : pinnacle 2020.
Recommended drinking temperature: 16-18°C.
